Wow, they are still in development on those, wow. I hope they are better than the disappointment the main game in the series was. Hopefully the first one was supposed to just set a low, easily topped standard of quality that will make this game seem better, and they only didn't try on the first one because it was cross platform.
They are busy as hell though it looks like.

Damn outside of ever thing said here I think this is a awesome conference I like how they are bringing twisted metal back and working on GT5. The move........ I'm a bit skeptical about that, if it works it will end the wii so far as competition goes taking away there main unique.
I'm waiting for my cuz to come in with my PS3.
I know for a fact Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep will be the best Kingdom Hearts so far from what I heard and seen the battle system is a big expansion. Three different stories all SHOULD be good I heard high praise on Terra's. The OST is really AMAZING this game is gonna be the shit I say. I saw the secret boss he looks really hard.

Yeah, I'm exctied about GT5 no doubt, they have a release date, so that means they are either done, or just applying the finishing touches. Almost 6 years in development, so it will probably be insane. The videos for it are the shit already. Not only that, all the stuff I've already heard about damage and flip/roll physics sounds unbeileveable. I just hope Gran Turismo mode in this one can measure up to the one in GT4. I've been playing it for a year and still am only at 50%, thats how indepth it is. And I'm a beilever in the Move. I wanna knock some sucka out in The Fight: Lights Out. Or sword fight some people in that gladiator game. It will indeed hurt Wii, but won't be the end of it. But it will be the definate end of Xbox for sure.
Indeed. I'm waiting on not being broke. I need to save for a car by the end of the summer, but I'm hoping I can get people to give me birthday money, I'm gonna save that for the PS3. 60 GB or bust.
Yeah, I love the combat, and how dynamic it is, I love the 3 story approach too, it reminds me of the Sonic Adventure 1 storytelling method. Also, Co-op KH will be the shit. I can't wait for it. I have a KH theme loaded onto my PSP that I'm gonna apply when I get the game. It's badass.

So apparently a French magazine confirms an ICO and SotC collection coming for the PS3. Hopefully it's not just a rumor anymore! I also found out about Journey today. Yet another game that's on my must-buy list! Hahaha thatgamecompany.com/games/journey/Apparently, if you meet someone else online, you can't really interact with them, but you can travel together or go your separate ways. Kinda reminds me of a ghost or something. I love TGC games!

AWESOME! We better get extras, I WANT EXTRAS!
Yeah, I saw that in Game Informer the other day, and I was instantly interested, I love the art style it has, it just looks great.

Just about three more months until Nov. 1 when TLG is said to be shipping. I'm so excited! And then with the likely ICO and SotC bundle, I'll finally be able to play all three!
I think it's cool how the player interactions are totally random in Journey. I think that makes the experience more real and people's reactions will probably be stronger because of the randomness. It's like seeing a mirage you can touch.

The last colossus is the biggest one, so more stamina will help.

I wasn't sure where to post this, so I guess I'll just post it here
Yesterday I picked up a few games at a yard sale for $12
A copy of Chrono Cross for $2, a copy of Tales of Symphonia and Drakengard for $10
Needless to say, it was a pretty amazing deal.
Honestly though, I didn't like Drakengard. It was just...blech...
The music was awful, the battle was boring and repetitive, the plot was just weird, and the art was for the most part lackluster. I don't know how one can mess up blowing stuff up and battling armies with dragons. The air battle was a little fun, until the camera and the picky targeting reared their ugly heads. I bought it for 5 bucks though, so I should get about that much back from gamestop.
Also, Colby bought Musashi: Samurai Legend, the sequal to Brave Fencer Musashi. That was shockingly good in a ridiculous way. The anime style of it was so ridiculous that it was almost endeering, the total oddness of it made it more lovable. In addition, it seemed like they did a lot to make references that only people who played the previous game would get, even in the battle system, while still changing it up and improving apon the previous idea. It ended up reminding me of a mix between the first game and Kingdom Hearts. The controls, the art, the music, and the gameplay were all surpisingly good. Musashi's voice acting is straight up terrible though, like, real bad. It sounded like the person who did the voice in the first game, mixed with the retarded henchman of that one cartoon looney toons mobster Bugs Bunny used to mess with. Overall, it was quite good though, I liked it. It kinda shocked me that Musashi was good, but Drakengard was so bad.
I bought Tales of Symphonia because you suggested it Pichubro, and I got Chrono Cross because Tim had it and said it was good. I'll play them someday.
In the meantime, it's all about Birth by Sleep, I put a pre-order down last week and I'm getting it when it comes out. It looks awesome though, plus the PSP skin I get for it will be nice, no need to buy the special edition PSP.
Anyway, yeah, just figured I'd post that

I never played the first Drakengard hahaha just the second one which probably is improved in some parts though Drakengard 2 is not much to write home to. I just went through a phase of beating games I never beat before and then Drakengard 2 had to have 3 different ending so that was about 50 hours overall of playtime. Someday, someone will learn how to actually make a good dragon game and produce it for all to enjoy... yeah ToS was one of my favorite RPGs back in the day, especially since the Gamecube had literally no RPGs besides ToS. But now that I've played ToS 10+ times, I find it kind of annoying to play for the storyline because I can't skip cutscenes and can quote nearly the whole game. But the battle system's great and the storyline doesn't beat morals over your head TOO often. Hope you have fun with Chrono Cross; I personally haven't played it but Chrono Trigger was pretty awesome. And it seems like The Last Guardian has been pushed back to 2011. But I'll have Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Portal 2, Golden Sun: Dark Dawn and probably something else I'm forgetting.

yeah, indeeed, I'll have fun with both of those games someday long from now, ha ha ha, cause right now it's all about Birth by Sleep.
Just as an idea of how much I like this game already, It's only been out for about 38 hours in the US, and I've been playing it for 22 of those hours, and of the 16 hours I haven't been playing, 12 of them have been spent sleeping, so this game is goooood. I'll write my detailed review of it later.
As for TLG, Dammit! A perfectionist lead designer is a gift and a curse.

I saw a guy playing Birth by Sleep at school today and I really, really want a PSP now. It looks so awesome! Though I haven't played any Kingdom Hearts games since KH2... so it's probably a good thing Birth by Sleep takes place before the original Kingdom Hearts or else I might not get the storyline. I should get to pre-ordering Brotherhood so I can play the multiplayer beta on Oct. 4.

Yeah, It's well worth it. Also, knowing the story does make it feel more fufilling to actually listen to the story, but you don't actually need it. It's so much different than any kingdom hearts so far, and still incredible. Plus, It actually presents a challenge, which is a big plus.
A beta in october? AWESOME! When does it come out for real?

Sounds like I should be put Birth by Sleep very high on my list of games for the PSP... Once I have enough money. But the PS3 keeps coming out with good games! November 16th. I wonder if there will be a multiplayer free roam... That'd be pretty fun. Though single player looks pretty awesome as well. Ubisoft doesn't disappoint with Assassin's Creed games.

Horse by horse assassinations are amazing. Speaking of amazing, Flower is quite an amazing game. I bought about a month and half ago, and I must say, it's one of the best experiences I've ever had with a video game. It looks great, it sounds great, and for a game that literally has no dialogue, narration, or even a tutorial screen, it's got depth. I played the whole game in one sit-through (since it's like 2 hours long) and I felt such joy at the last level that I almost shed tears of happiness. (Especially after one very depressing level) And I didn't know that Flower had trophies until I found a hidden flower and got a surprise trophy. The "da-ding!" scared me. Hahahaha A well-spent 10 bucks. I love playing in the windmill level. <3

Aww hell yes. I love horse combat in general, utilizing the knights deadliest weapon.
And I've played Flower before, only the first level though. Dispite it's tech demo-ie feel, I did enjoy it's artistic style a lot, just the blend of settings, colors, sounds, and music. It felt a little simple at times, But I liked it, plus it utilized, sixaxis, which is an idea I love and wish more developers would take advantage of. I'll be sure to beat that someday.

My brother's playing Halo Reach right now. He's pretty addicted to it these days. And I would be playing 3D Dot Game Heroes right now, but I'm stuck on a puzzle. 3DDGH is a very amusing RPG though. In the first dungeon the door's locked and the fairy goes: "The door's locked! There must be a gimmick somewhere near here!" and about two steps to the left, there's a button and the door unlocks. I found that quite hilarious to be honest; that, and my giant sword that takes up the whole screen when I use it.

I love the AI of Toriko and how it seems to follow you around like you're its mother or something. Toriko trying to fit through a tiny hole was pretty funny and I laughed at how the guard just got swiped by Toriko. Hahahaha
But you can really tell that Team ICO has done wonders with Toriko's AI. It seems to have a lot more independent thought than Yorda, Agro or the the colossi.
