Yeah same, I used to have ridiculously strong legs, I had the deadly kicks. I'm still not bad, but I haven't squatted in a while. I could get just short of 200 lbs back in the day. I'm not sure what I could do these days. I don't think I could do that insane over the head crap. All my arm strength is explosive, I can't lift much, but I can strike pretty hard.

on those squat machines where you sit down and push the the thing with your feet i could always do reps with the entire set of weight. not for TOO long but i could get a couple going without too much difficulty.

As in like every weight from the whole machine? Wow. Thats like, four to five hundredish pounds. But thats only twice your weight, thats like 4 times my weight. I could do about 160 comfortably, how much could you do for like, an extended amount of reps?
And yeah, we have Rowing right now, which is ehh. You should have boxing today I think, I think theres a lot of boxing in the first couple of days. Judo and Taekwondo are all later I think.

Squat machines are a bit easier than free squatting. I could lift close to 100 pounds five years ago.

Water Polo? Yeah, thats like the only reason people still play it, ha ha ha
Awww. I would love to try one of those machines again. I've never done any free squatting, because I've never had access to the nessesary equipment. I wonder how I would do at it.

My mom is watching Men's Beach Volleyball. It's a little creepy..........
She's pretending she knows the rules and stuff and everything.

Yeah, but I would've rather they aired the whole opening instead of Micheal Phelps and Ryan Seacrest going 'hurr a durr swimming is like dying but doing it cool and not dying and stuff'
At least, I assume the interview went that way. I skipped it.

I guesssssss, it just doesn't seem to fit everything else, they could have run more Mini Cooper commercials or showed a Corgi Puppy World Cup or something.
And yes, you guessed right, it really was the worst good-bad person ratio on screen ever, at a perfect 0% It was possibly one of the worst things ever.

I noticed this last night, and now I'm noticing it again I think theres a conspiracy going on at NBC. The main sports commentator for NBC is of course Bob Costas, everyone knows him. But the late night reporter is this lady named Mary Carillo. She looks exactly like Bob Costas, except in drag. Don't beileve me? Compare for yourself: Errie. There voices are also strangely similar. Adding to the conspiracy, you never ever see them both on screen at the same time. I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

Olympic Kayaking actually looks kinda fun. I like the manmade course, it looks like it would be abserdly fun to do in the right kind of boat. I don't like Kayaks, I prefer Canoes and old fashioned rowboats.

Yeah! I saw it at Dylan's house a few hours ago, it was awesome, ha ha ha. Then it became that dumb Gymnastic one.
I missed most of todays events for obvious reasons.

there was just a really awesome women's fencing match on.
an american who won gold the 2 last olympics and the favorite to win gold this year against a south korean. 15 points to win. the south korean went from 5-12 up to 15-13 to win, and there were actually some really good exchanges. the korean started her comeback by lunging in and hitting the american in the head.

AWESOME! I would have loved to have seen that! I guess they really are still warriors, even if it isn't their style of sword fighting. I thought the medals were already given out for fencing though, I guess maybe I was thinking Judo.

well, as it stands, south korea still has the third most, but if north koreas were added(they have the fifth), they'd be closer to the us

haha, and all their gold medals are in: fencing, archery, shooting, judo, weightlifting. they've only won medals in competitions which facilitate killing people.

Yeaaaaaah, it's a shame all the corrupt officials run North Korea. Isn't Laiodong in North Korea, or is that just part of China now?
Ha ha ha ha, your suprised? They are the decendants of the likes of Dae Joyoung and Yi Soon Shin! That is an awesome fact though, I would love to see how they performed in all of these things. I once saw an awesome South Korean Archery video, I'll have to see if I can find it.
