So, then a couple of Navajo decided "Hey, you know what would be funny, if we completely trapped those Hopis in"?

Navajos are nomadic, Hopis are permanent.

Oh, good.
I wonder if tribes on reservations could HYPOTHETICALLY declare war on each other, since they are supposed to be like independant nations.

it's beautiful. obama KILLED him. everyone on the news before the election was talking about how obama won't be able to come close to the margins he got against mccain, but should still be able to eek out a narrow win. but obama KILLED it and got all but TWO of his 2008 states, a legit landslide.
this might be it for the republicans. the southwest isn't getting any less hispanic. by 2020 TEXAS should be able battle ground state, and the republicans can kiss their guaranteed 30some electoral votes every election good bye. if a black guy can get virginia in THIS economy, the part should be able to turn it into a solid blue state. north carolina is in play. iowa is safe democrat. the industrial midwest is democrat. martin o'malley or some other white guy in 2016 should be able to get traction in SOME deep south states. the republicans are dead in america.

Ha ha ha ha, yeah really, as the night went on, you could clearly tell the news people were prepared for a tight race and weren't getting it. The rulebook was out the window by 10pm, they kept going over the hypotheticals as far as combos romney needed and were pretty close to saying Romney had no chance without actually saying it, it was great. And yeah, compared to 2008 he got called only 15 minutes later than he did in 2008, they called Obama as the winner right at 11 then, they called at 11:15 last night. But I think in comparison, Romney got WAY less electoral votes then McCain did. And I think the popular vote gap was way bigger. this time.
Yeah, I really think they learned something over this campaign, that the crazy stuff that used to just fly doesn't anymore. People are more grounded in reality, that far right shit doesn't fly anymore to put it simply. And yeah, it is true, this country really is less white than it used to be. When I looked over the Arizona results this time around, I noticed that the results were really quite close, much much closer than I was expecting. And yeah, really, without Texas, it doesn't matter how many deep south states go red, republicans would statistically have very little chance of winning anything. And yeah, REALLY. I was honestly pretty shocked about Virginia, After 08, it seems like more and more Democrat strongholds are popping up, because even whites are starting to get that the Republican party is just plain full of crazies now. And another big advantage is that our roster of past presidents aren't scumbag drunkards, so they can go out and campaign, and be heavy hitters at that. In 2016, the Dems will not only have Bill as a major weapon, but Obama himself, so both of them can go out and be the major campaigning machines they are. The Republicans don't even have one major campaigning weapon on their side that anyone can take seriously, I mean their past presidents are either dead, are SUPER old, or have the last name Bush. To top that, they have the crazy Teabaggers to deal with as well, something the Dems don't have to deal with. They really seem to be changing their tune a little now, just from what I've seen on TV today, it seems like they saw just what happened and realized they need to start evolving or die. Theres all of a sudden a little more talk of unity coming from the Republican side for once.
So for 2016, who do we have as a candidate? I have a feeling Hilary is a no-go, based on her leaving her post now, Joe Bi is a little old too, and lets face it, he's no Obama or Bill. I guess if it's a white male with some charisma, it won't matter, he might be able to stir some real opposition in the south. On the Republican side, everyone keeps saying Christie, and thats possible, but he would stand no chance. I guess he is a moderate to a degree, he's from Jersey. And he would have the money, I'm sure the Mafia would be more than willing to give him some. It's just the minute campaigning starts, his opponents will need not look more than 10 seconds on google for ammunition. But I guess outside of him, they really have no one else who isn't completely insane who could even withstand a debate in primary season.
What I'm hoping happens in the nearer future is that if the Republicans try their childish teabagger gridlocking in the house again, and then try to blaim the president for it again, people finally realize who the real problem is and spend the next 4 years creating a super majority so some real stuff gets done. That and a landslide defeat even in some southern states in 2016 would be some great final nails in the coffin for the Republican party.

You know what I find ironic though
The Republican party was created to free black people from slavery. 150 years later, it's the first black president who kills the party.

You know, I kinda find it funny when redneck republicans are all like "'merica is ruined! I'm movin to Canada!" YEAH, BECAUSE CANADA IS SO CONSERVATIVE! Idiots.
I really wish they would leave the country though, it would be nice, too bad they are so afraid of every other culture in the world.
We really should have let the south leave, waited like 70 years, invented the nuke, and bullied them into freeing the slaves and generally doing what we wanted to do. Then they couldn't mess with our elections and the republican party would have never been invented.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Obama is the man.
Seriously, he could put on a variety show! Comedian, singer, everything!
Oh my god, this is so hilarious.
"So one thing Republicans all agree they need to work on is reaching out to minorities. Well, I don't mean to seem self centered, but I can think of one minority they could start with." *raises hand*
Ha ha ha ha ha
I'll have to watch Conan next, but who knows if he can top that! Hah a ha
