Oh yeah, I love the commercials. And my first experence with it was at a store too. I remember playing two of the levels and being hooked instantly. At first I thought it looked a little childish, then I played and realised it is a true modern classic.
Fat Princess is another good one, it's basically a form of capture the flag, but with a simple class system. It's mostly an online game. It has some offline features, but those are mainly to prepare you for online play. It's 16 on 16, so that leads to some pretty intense battles. Overall a great online game, lots of versitility because of the different classes and how they can be upgraded each battle.
Oh wow. That sounds awful. What kind of connection is your system on? Perhaps it's your connection. For a PS3 to run online sufficiently, it must be connected to a broadband connection or better. And it also has to be within proper range to the access point AKA Router. If not, that game has a terrible server. But I doubt it's that.

I'm surprised no one bigger than the princess wanted to eat her... Anyhow, I need to look into some good games. I'm interested in RPGS basically, but I will play other stuff like fighting games, Tekken and SoulCalibur. The Tales of series had died, so I'm not sure about getting stuff like Vesperia. Just as long as I can find a fun RPG, I'm set. Except I won't stick with it because I rarely play games in the first place. Marvel VS Capcom 3 should be fun to play with Andre and all my friends. Tron Bonne, Zero, and Dante are the only characters I'm interested in. I'm picky, I know, but half of those characters I don't know about at all. I'll see around about them, but I'm missing out on Tron. And then there's Katamari. I love We Love Katamari, but the PSP version was somewhat of a disappointment to me due to the disturbance that the control settings have that messes with the direction of you rolling your katamari. The music, stages, cousins, and creativity makes this series one of the unique ones that stands out. Besides, it shows how quirky the Japanese can be with such projects. Also, I'm not sure about the connection. I'd have to ask Andre about it. I've still haven't played the PS3 .

If you are not sure about getting LBP, there's a demo available on PSN. As for the Tales of series, don't give up just yet. Tales of Graces f is coming to America, and we might have a chance with Tales of Xillia since it's a mothership title. Though Vesperia is quite fun in its own right.
If you are looking for another RPG, Valkyria Chronicles and Folklore are good choices.

That's nice to know, I just hope it has a good cast of characters, good music, and a decent plot. I'm not a fan of the series, but we do own Eternia, which I personally think is the best in the series. And has anyone hear played Katamari? We Love Katamari? I love that game so much, along with all the near to death retarded characters like the King.
Another game I'm interested in is Catherine. I know they'll need to change the Japanese game cover, because Americans are not going to have a game cover with a promiscuous-looking woman with a flirtatious expression to taking her dress off. I find it to be funny, actually, especially if the box art stays the same. But I have my doubts.
And the main character in that game looks like a loser, definitely. But a loveable loser, so it's much better than the guys in harems who have that "p" trait, if you know what I'm trying to say. And people complain about the game being too hard, so Atlus released an patch with super-easy mode on it. Talk about whining about being lazy.
So, yeah, I'll see how Graces F is. Good thing a mothership title is coming other heRe, because I could care less to play them. I'd like to play the Radiant Mythology and VS. games, but they're not really that beneficial to my tastes because of stuff like story lines and limited characters. Well, at least Meredy is in RM3.

I've never played Katamari, i think it sounds odd. Plus I've never seen it anywhere before.
And I hate Atlus games, I have since 3D Dot Game Heroes. They are such an uninspired group, I'm only kind of impressed by Demon Souls, but not really. I bet that game won't be great either. They are just a group of pretenders, I don't like them

You haven't seen Katamari anywhere? I see it all the time. Look up some videos of it, it's hilarious. I love rolling up people and demolishing towns!

How did the computer interupt? Do you mean the signal? You should probably move your system or your access point. Make them closer together, and reduce the amount of walls between them.

Nah it was all the tabs that my brother was closing because I let them all pile up. I'm watching the show again because I need to catch I'm on episode 8.
Playing anime music right now just for the hell of it. It's so fun to be on spring break.
And who's your favorite character on SoulCalibur? Mines is Raphael, and then Nightmare.

And I know that I need to practice with Raphael in order to at least get better at SSCIV. Maybe with Sophitia too, bacause I'm not interested in Ivy, Talim, or whoever else.

And what I meant earlier by not caring to play is spin-offs. Why the hell would anyone waste their time sending over spin-offs like Radiant Mythology that don't nearly have as much importance rather than a mothership title? Hell, a lot of those characters some people may not know about because most of those games are only in Japan, so.. it's sort of a waste of time. Unless they start sending us more stuff, than I guess that's all right. Another thing that I've noticed is how the gameplay got slower when moved to different systems. Symphonia's gameplay is slower than Eternia, which was on the Playstation. And the puzzles in that game.. oh boy... Just let me defeat the bosses so I can get finished! I haven't played that game in so long... I'd like to have some games on the PSP to play, but the other ports would have to be imported. Tales of Destiny 2 and Tales of Eternia. Of course I can't read Japanese so that"s pointless. And I'm sure as hell not looking everything up on Gamefaqs. By the way, I somewhat like Ashbels character design. I need to get used to the new artwork, like Xillias.

Link and Sophitia I could mess people up with in SoulCaliber 2, and occationally Nightmare, but I liked those two the best for their quick and powerful offense. Other than that I haven't played much SoulCaliber. For some reason I always end up being good with female characters in Fighting games, well at least in Street Fighter and SoulCaliber (And Marvel vs Capcom 3 if you count Ammy), because in Super Street Fighter IV I'm unbeatable as Cammy. I only ever find one or two characters I'm ever good with in most fighting games, In SoulCaliber it's those two I mentioned, Street Fighter it's Cammy and Ken, and I only have 1 or 2 good teams in any Marvel vs Capcom.

Some people will buy spin-offs because they enjoy them even if they aren't mothership titles. That's seriously all it is. Not everyone buys them though, to be sure. I wouldn't call the battle systems necessarily a progression of slowness. Tales of the Abyss had quite a fast fighting system, as well as Tales of Graces, as those came out after Symphonia. Though I did notice that Tales of Vesperia was a little on the slow side, but had more powerful characters to balance it out.

Yeah I like spin-offs if they're good but I just want mothership titles to be localized more. More interested in their stories, stuff like that... Also, I've noticed the system for Abyss, and I like it somewhat, I was just comparing Symphonia's to Eternia's . And it's a good thing Graces won't be slow. And this anime is heading to it's climax very soon so I'll stick with watching it. The back story is executed so well, the characters aren't dull cookie cut-outs, and the the latest episode should be up either later today or tomorrow. Also, good valid points. I wouldn't mind having Radiant Mythology and VS., stuff like that, it's just that I'll only get them for certain characters. Lion, Meredy, Philia...

Well, Scamco doesn't think that Tales games sell enough, so they bring them over whenever they feel like it I guess. At first I was disappointed that they didn't bring Graces over, but now I'm glad that they decided to bring Graces F over. I still would like Xillia to be localized as well since it is their first PS3 game that isn't a port. What anime are you watching, may I ask? Heh, I bought MvC3 for Amaterasu and Dante, so I wouldn't call it odd to buy a game for a few select characters. The only reason I bought Soul Caliber IV was because Link was in the Gamecube version.

Heh, I bought MvC3 for Amaterasu and Dante, so I wouldn't call it odd to buy a game for a few select characters. The only reason I bought Soul Caliber IV was because Link was in the Gamecube version. Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. Andre introduced me to it. What looks like a typical magical girl anime with a clumsy main lead with low self-confidence has impressed me this time around. It only has 12 episodes, and we're waiting for episode 11 to be put up subbed. But tomorrow it'll be here. This is one of the first shows that actually got me hooked. I have a fear of plot holes, however, because it's only 12 episodes, and 10 are already out, so I have my doubts if all of our questions will be answered. Also, we don't have any side characters holding the story back, the back story keeps you hooked due to it's emotional execution, and the twists are not seen to be predictable at all. This show has fooled a lot of people, saying that the opening trolled them. I find this to be funny, because if they listened to the lyrics of the opening, despite it's moe magical cuteness with the pictures and such, the song connects perfectly with what has occurred in the anime. This goes for the ending, too. That, on the other hand, shows the true nature of what we're watching here. Once they pay attention, it'll be clear. Pointed this one out to Andre for the opening. Besides this show, all the other anime I have is from Christmas and such. I've only watched one episode of Boogiepop Phantom yesterday, and it gave me this nervous feel all throughout the show.
